Free tickets to San Fran Writing Conference? Yes please!
There is an amazing opportunity to get free tickets from Writers Digest to the San Fran Writing Conference coming later this month. Editors, publishers, and authors will be in attendance making this a prime place for networking. Best part is, if you’re not from the area, you’ll be able to visit me! (No, really, that IS the best part!)
Check out the contest HERE.
Good luck!

So tell me which conferences you go to each year. I have a pass from my husband to attend two a year right now, which can increase when the kids are a little older. Should we make plans to his this next year?
AND since you live in San Francisco, have you ever taken the Alcatraz night tour? I’m dying to hit that sometime.
I go to World Fantasy yearly. Planning on Dragon/World con. (And some Skeptics stuff like TAM or NECSS.)
I don’t go to all of them, but I’m planning on going to more. Let me know what you’re going to and we can plan something!
As for Alcatraz, I’ve done it twice but only during the day. Night might be cooler. (My brother is a deputy sheriff out here, so I keep trying to have him get me into behind-the-scenes stuff, but it never works out. Sad. But yea, I would love to go. 🙂
If I can get down to a con, we’ll totally have to do the Alcatraz night tour! And I’ll sit on your brother while you beat him up. That should get us some cool access.
Most friends go out for drinks, or something. Not us! It’s beatings and Alcatraz Island all the way!
